Erasmus Plus Internship – Reception & Guest Relations Marbella

Our 4-star partner hotel in Marbella offers the opportunity to complete your erasmus plus internship in an international company and gain initial experience in the field of reception & guest relations. If you are looking for a career in the tourism industry or would like to expand your language skills, this internship abroad is made for you! Besides working in the front and back office, you will be responsible for the well-being of the guests. You will represent the hotel and work on quality assurance and improvement.

The hotel in Marbella is located directly on the Costa del Sol. The city by the sea is visited every year by a large number of tourists. Marbella offers many sights and a colorful nightlife. The hotel has a large facility with spa area, gym and pools. You will be provided with free hotel accommodation and 3 meals a day. You will also receive a monthly payment.

• You work in a 4 star hotel in the Reception & Guest Relations department
• Your working time is 40 hours a week and you have 2 days off a week
• Duration of your erasmus plus internship: at least 2 months
• Start of your internship: immediately or later

• Welcome and check-in of arriving guests
• Giving information about the services of the hotel
• Customer Relationship Management: Support for VIP guests, incentive groups, etc.
• Complaint management in cooperation with the tour operators
• Assistance with reservations, invoicing and check-out
• Conduct and analyse guest surveys to improve quality

• Pupil, student, trainee in tourism, hotel management, foreign languages, communication, business administration, marketing, management, public relations or similar subjects
• Helpful, self-confident, communicative
• Friendly charisma, structured way of working
• Knowledge of English is a prerequisite, other foreign languages are an advantage
