Firstly, you are now studying ideally Tourism/Hotel Management, Sports or Social Education or you are training as a Foreign Language Correspondence Clerk, Tourism Assistant or something comparable and you are planning an internship abroad in the hotel sector. If you have experience in working with children aged 3 to 12 years, e.g. through an activity in youth or social work, that would be advantageous but is not mandatory. However, you should be physically fit for the daily work with children. In addition, you should be creative, spontaneous, bring a lot of commitment, good at organising and improvising and are very sociable, communicative and open-minded. If this sounds like you then the children’s entertainment department is for you! Overall, you need to have a good command of the English language. Additionally, basic knowledge of Spanish would be beneficial.
