One of our 5 ***** partner hotels on Crete is looking for a trainee in the Reception / Guest Relations department. You will get free board and accommodation and an additional monthly pocket money of €350.
The minimum internship period is 3 months and is available from now on.
Your tasks will include: welcoming guests, answering their questions and giving information, dealing with complaint management, the check-in of guests, answering the phone, exchanging money currencies, dealing with the international correspondence, entering reservations to the hotel specific computer program and processing the check-out of the guests, etc. …
Gradually, you will learn all the tasks in the hotel reception and try to implement them step by step. This will help you to implement your theoretical knowledge into the practice.
You will work in a multinational environment with the opportunity to gain new experiences, expanding your already existing knowledge and develop new skills. Time to explore the island or just relax at the beach on your days off is guaranteed.
Do you like it to work together with people of many different nationalities? Are you communicative, have a friendly and outgoing personality and you still smile even in stressful moments? Then this internship is just right for you! A student status is not required. Your German language skills should be at a good level. Don’t worry – you won’t have to speak Greek 🙂
